The expected delivery time has passed, where does my order go ?! In 99% of the cases the orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, it can happen that an order is delayed in the delivery process. Unit price over $30 orders are Deliver by DHL Express, Delivery speed varies from region to region, 6-13 business days in most areas.
Shopping orders with Unit price less than $30 are delivered by China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus or other means. Generally, they can be delivered within 15-30 days.
If you do not receive your purchase within 60 days, you can ask for a full refund before order completion (when you click ‘Confirm Order Received’ or exceed confirmation timeframe).
